CO Supply Station Limited is a Dunmow company that sells what a workshop and a loaded trailer actually run out of: ratchets, straps, winch gear, webbing, complete assemblies, lubricants, sealants and car-care lines. We do not keep a shop window. We keep a counter and a dispatch list.
01 / The station
A supply house for people who already know the part number — or will, after one honest conversation.
The company was incorporated on 24 April 2017 as a private limited company. The registered office is 1A Ongar Road, Dunmow, Essex CM6 1ES. Our filed activity is other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets. In the yard that means: you do not browse a perfume counter. You send a list, we confirm widths and lengths, and the box leaves.
Hauliers, bodybuilders, plant yards, valeting bays and small workshops use the station for cargo restraint and the consumables that sit next to it. A 50 millimetre ratchet without the matching strap is a half job. A claw strap without a sleeve in the wrong place is a cut webbing and a failed load. We sell the pieces as a working set, not as a random catalogue dump.

02 / Bays
Filter the station the way a fitter talks.
Wide and narrow handle ratchets
35mm and 50mm bodies, mobile and fixed, specified by handle and by the webbing they are meant to take. A ratchet is not interchangeable just because it is orange.
Claw, snap-hook and T-end straps
3m and 4m claw straps, swivel T-ends, snap-hook claws. Length and end fitting written on the ticket, not guessed from a thumbnail.
Winch straps and bollards
Left and right strap bollards, springs, the unglamorous hardware that sits on a trailer long after the ratchet is in the cab. We sell replacements, not souvenirs.
Webbing sleeves and claw diverters
Protection where the strap meets an edge. A sleeve is cheaper than a failed lashing. Diverters for claws that have to change direction without chewing the webbing.
Complete assemblies
Matched ratchet and strap as a single line so a yard is not mixing a 50mm body with a 35mm web. Tell us the trailer, we will tell you the set.
Lubricants and sprays
The bay bottles: penetrate, protect, free a seized fitting. Specified for workshops that go through them, not for a glovebox of half-used cans.
Polyurethane sealants
Trade cartridges for joints that have to move and still hold. We will ask what you are sealing before we send a box of the wrong modulus.
Car cleaning
Valet and fleet-clean lines that sit beside the restraint bay. Useful litres, not gift sets. If it cannot be restocked on a rhythm, it does not belong here.

A first-pass restraint list. Not a load certificate.
Choose webbing width and how many points you are replacing. We will sketch a station list you can argue with. Final specification still belongs to your load plan and the people who sign it.
04 / Yards we recognise
The same station, different dirty jobs.
Haulage and distribution
Worn claws, stretched web, ratchets that skip. We replace by width and end fitting so the new strap matches the old hole in the procedure, not a photograph from a different fleet.
Bodybuilders and plant
Winch track hardware, bollards, springs. The parts that are cheap until the trailer is off the road waiting for them. Keep a small live list with us rather than a once-a-year panic buy.
Workshops and valet bays
Sprays, sealants, cleaners on a repeating drop. The restraint bay and the bottle bay share a dispatch because they share a customer who hates two suppliers for one shed.
Small operators
You do not need a pallet to write. A handful of 4m claw straps and a pair of wide-handle ratchets is a legitimate first order. We would rather sell the right eight than the wrong eighty.

Email widths, lengths, end fittings, and how many. Photographs of a worn strap help. Guessing from “the orange ones” does not.

We confirm the bay. If a 50mm body is being paired with the wrong web, we say so before the box is taped.

Weekday orders that land in time are packed the same day when stock is on the shelf. Weekend lists wait for Monday without drama or fake tracking numbers.

Contents on the packing slip in millimetres and metres. If something is back-ordered, it is written, not hidden in a “part shipped” surprise.

Written for the person who still inspects webbing.
A sleeve is not optional decoration
Most cut straps we see failed on an edge, not in the middle of a span. If your load has a corner, the sleeve is part of the lashing. We will add them to a list even when nobody asked, and we will explain why.
50mm is not a personality
Yards standardise on 50mm and then force every awkward load through it. Sometimes 35mm is the right tool. Sometimes an assembly is the only way to stop mixed hardware in the same locker. Ask before you copy last year’s PO.
Winch kit fails quietly
Bollard springs and tired track parts do not photograph well, so they get ignored until the strap will not pay out. Keep a small hardware list on the same account as the webbing.
Consumables have a date too
Sealant that sat in a hot van is not a bargain. We rotate the bottle bay with the same seriousness as the strap bay. If you need a slow-moving exotic, say so. If you need a weekly cleaner, we would rather be boring and in stock.
Eight years of no shop window
The company is eight years old this week. We still do not have a high-street fascia. The work is lists, widths, and a counter that answers info@cosupply-station.online.
January is inspection month
After winter work, webbing that looks “fine from the cab” is often not fine in the hand. Send photographs. We would rather replace six straps now than argue with a failed load in March.

Useful quantities. A small operator can order a handful. A yard can order a crate. A single novelty item with no width stated is the wrong email.
No. We supply hardware and will flag an obvious mismatch. Your load plan, training and legal duty stay with you. We will not sign a certificate we have not been engaged to write.
